PetroVietnam Oil Corporation (PVOIL) is a subsidiary of Vietnam Oil and Gas Group (PVN), established on 6th of June 2008 based on the consolidation of PetroVietnam Trading Company (Petechim) and PetroVietnam Oil Processing and Distribution Company (PDC). PVOIL become a joint stock company from 01/08/2018.
